The speech by the new president during the AGM in Feb(Sorry for the very big delay)

Good afternoon friends and fellow members and distinguished guests,

I thank you all for coming to this handover ceremony.

As the president of NGEE ANN POLYTECHNIC Buddhist Society, it will be my duty to ensure that our club is growing. Thus for this year, our operation will be mainly based on our society’s motto, To Know Dharma And To Make Dharma Known. We will do our best to organize more fun and interesting activities containing elements of dharma, for members of club and interested parties. However, this cannot be done merely by the committees. We need the help of all our members, so I hope all my fellow members will assist me in making NGEE ANN POLYTECHNIC Buddhist Society a fun CCA and a CCA which they are proud to be in.

Our club will also try to be more active in the Buddhist Society circle, by having more interactions with our fellow friends in other polytechnics and universities.

Also, we will be looking forward to receiving more constructive feedbacks from you to help us know what is going on and where we have gone wrong.

Finally, I like to take this time to thank those who have voted me for this presidency and my friends in the society who have guided me and helped me since the first time I joined the club.
