Hi guys,
when we say Dhamma day, most of you would think "Dhamma Sacca" right?
Well, It is the 1st discourse of our Enlightened Buddha. And it was also the time when the Dhamma Wheel starts to turn around and making the religion of buddhism spread all over the world.
Dhamma Sacca is held on the full moon day of July. As being a buddhist and for the memory of buddhism, we will also continue to turn the dhamma wheel by celebrating the Dhamma day & reciting the Dhamma Sacca at Ngee Ann Polytechnic too.
So the celebration of Dhamma day will be on 24th of July (Friday) at LT 78.
Event of Dhamma Day
5:30 pm - Registration
6:00 pm - Introduction of Dhamma Day
6:15 pm - Taking Puja
6:30 pm - Recitation Dhamma Sacca & Metta Sutta/Sharing Merit
7:00 pm - Meditaion
7:15 pm - Activity (Games)
8:00 pm - Refreshment & Home Sweet Home~~
